Priya International Management Priya International Employess
Dear Friends today i will tell you all about the priyainternational(PILTD) employess and its great management.......
Start from the management of PILTD
Co. of the company Mr.Suresh well he lives in USA....
Take care of the company Mrs Veena well she lives in Chandicargh, India.
Now the take care of the PILTD Noida management......
Mr. Vijay the whole takecare of the company & all the projects.....No1 guy who provides freedom to all his team mates to froud with the company.....
He always tell his employess to come at time but he usually comes at 11 oclock
After his wife comes in the company with his children & they play and roam around in the whole company.....but they can only enter the workplace other than any one...If some previous employe also enter in the work place of the company then he is gone...............
Well this is a rule that no out siders can enter in the company then why Mr.Vijay children enter.............why.....???????
Mr. Pramesh the whole take care of the accounts of the company....No1 guy who do all the froud in the company in the matters of the rupees....The company bills always make of large amount its dosnt matters the bill is of which thing.
Like i tell u one day the dinner was brought in the company of rupess 650....and the bill was 1050....he paid to that guy rupess 750....You know why he has paid 100 rupess more to that person just because he makes the bill of more amount....
This not only happens in the food it happens in every where....
The tea and milk comes in the company of the local brand but the tag is of Tata see just for the few rupess they play with thier employess health...
The person who is with him he always allow to go on holidays on the free leaves who matter i dnt know who he manage all this......
Friends please tell me one thing a person getting salary of Rupess 15000 per month...
In which he has to give in his home asually he is married & he also have one year daughter.....and his family lives in Kujra and he himself lives in Noida near the ompany...so he also hav expenses over here in noida na..........
The after that he eats kaju and badams in the company ie of rupess 120 per day and he purchase some new clothes every month ie. from the levis showroom...
He is the one only PILTD account manager MR Pramesh.......
One thing more I would like to tell you all the strangers that in his house he and his small brother is only earning... His small brother is also working with the PILTD at the lower post discription i will give u afterwards.........
There are more management people in PILTD i will give thier discribtion some other day...............

Sucks is a not an good word it is an adult word it shows the imature but this word is use when only a company employees are really terriable.
I dint knew more about Priya Sharma Private limited but some of thier previous employees have told me about the company. The company is earning a large amount of money from thier development business it is really a nice. As the previous employees of the company told that they can earn more profit if the seniours of the company will be changed.
As some of the seniours are taking benefits of thier jobs. Benefits are :-
1. Changing of the food bill.
2. Bring local coffee & tea packets & showing that they are original.
3. The system expenses are shown at every higher prices.
If a person speaks about the benefits of a company & talk direct to the Co. of the company the serious action is taken against him by the PRIYA INTERNATIONAL.
The most interesting thing about the Priya International most of the seniours are Bihari.The even dont know how to speak english and all are going to USA.
The even intersting one of Priya International the test which client take for calling them to USA is taken through call on skype. The person which is giving answer stands thier quitely.The question asked from client heard by all the members of the company & write the answer in a piece of paper & given to the person then he gives the answer.
This all happens in the PRIYA INTERNATIONAL.
If the seniours of the company not like any of thier employee they make such circumtances the person leaves the company.
Some of the seniours are working in BPO call centre before to coming in the company.
